Where your £12.50 goes
At least 30% of each ticket goes to charity through the Postcode Trusts, and around 40% goes back to players as prizes. The rest covers running the lottery. See the charities and the odds of winning.

How much is one Postcode Lottery ticket?
£12.50 a month, which enters your postcode into every draw that month (around 20 draws).
How many tickets can I have?
The rules allow up to six tickets per person in a draw (£75 a month), though the sign-up form offers one, two or three. Each ticket wins its own prize, so two tickets win twice as much.
When is the money taken?
Monthly, in advance. The official draw calendar lists each month’s Direct Debit dates.
Can I pay by credit card?
No. You can pay by Direct Debit, debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
